This Privacy Policy explains how Kodelyth LLC collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Payth payment gateway.

1. Information we process

• Merchant information — company details, contacts, and banking data provided during onboarding.
• Transaction data — payment amount, method, transaction identifiers, and status needed to process and verify a payment.
• Technical data — logs and metadata required to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the gateway, verify payments through Veltix, detect and prevent fraud, meet legal and compliance obligations, and support merchants.

3. Security

Credentials and sensitive payloads are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, in transit and at rest. Webhooks are HMAC-signed. Access is restricted and keys are sealed — data is not readable without Kodelyth’s Veltix systems.

4. Sharing

We share data only as needed with payment providers and financial institutions to complete transactions, with service providers under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, and compliance requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold. Contact us to make a request.

7. International operations

Kodelyth LLC operates from the United States (Colorado) and Bangladesh; information may be processed in these locations under appropriate safeguards.
